Time Travel
There is a sadness to life, as a father I see many versions of my child lost to time. Almost as if each age was another person. I have loved all the children that make up the very wonderful, beautiful, incredibly intelligent and kind girl Ava is today. As is said the gift of time is the present. There is a seen in Blade Runner that really sets the almost melancholy tone of time travel. “I’ve seen things you people wouldn’t believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched c-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain”.
